Kia ora/greetings!

In my massage practice I aim to support the physical and mental health of my clients through all stages and ups and downs of life. I use a mix of Remedial/Clinical/Therapeutic Massage and Relaxation Massage techniques to promote recovery and wellness, it is very much a two-way negotiated process.

I have a background of working as a social worker in community mental health, later working at home as caregiver for my kids and as support staff in a local school.

I re-trained in massage fourteen years ago and first ran a practice at home followed by two years working in Porirua.

I returned to full-time study at the NZ College of Massage in 2018 to up-skill and to commit to this career pathway. It was challenging and very rewarding and my professional development continues.

I enjoy the friendly, positive, community vibe at Revolve Fitness and am happy to be based in Tawa where I also live.

Outside work, life is a good mix of spending time with family, friends, Yoga buddies and voluntary work network, as well as reading, walking, gardening and occasional tramping or travel,
