What to expect

An appointment always starts with a consultation which covers health history and what you want from your massage that day, for example do you want specific treatment for an area of concern or relaxation massage? This may take up to fifteen minutes for a first time client and will usually be shorter for returning clients. This means the massage may be different each time depending on your needs on the day.

Your appointment time includes this consultation, getting changed, any relevant home care tips as well as your time on the massage table.
You will be well draped ensuring warmth, comfort and modesty and are encouraged to give feedback on pressure and comfort at any time.
